REVIEW CONSTITUTION

Time seems ripe for some new constitutional provisions to ensure effective measures for non-performing legislature and dysfunctional government. We need to save democracy with highest freedom accorded to the electorate and to curb corrupt functionaries at every level. Let there be a countrywide debate over the Indian constitution and effectiveness of its various provisions for meeting the challenges of the present century.
