CULTURAL REVERENCE publishes my haiku and tanka

Haiku & Tanka by Ram Krishna Singh, India

Haiku

waiting too long:
cafe in the morning
park in the evening

***
3 a.m.
a pale moon from window --
insomnia

***
lips to toes
searching touch all night
sheets flutter

***
sacred map —
no sense of direction
lost again

***
distant hills:
behind the brow
rising moon

Tanka

a healer says
my sufferings not my fault:
karmic imprint
pay him twenty dollars
break free from the past weight gain

***
taunting the old pain
in the brothel of bed
kitchen or shower
she fears the freaky bodies
snaky arousal and peak

***
Shiva and Shakti
our freedom in union
twin flame of love
rolling in grains of sand
transcending together
